  • 2 ounces single-malt Scotch
  • 1/4 ounce Averna amaro
  • 1/4 ounce pear brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Ice
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish
  • 1/4 orange twist

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the Scotch, amaro, pear brandy, Honey Syrup and bitters.

    Fill the shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled, ice-filled rocks glass.

    Pinch the orange twist over the drink and add to the glass.
