- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. long spaghetti
- 1 c. tomato catsup
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Prepare spaghetti as directed on package.

2Brown ground beef in a large iron skillet or electric skillet.

3Add all remaining ingredients except the cheese and spaghetti. Stir well; add well drained spaghetti.

4Place lid on skillet and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

5Remove lid; add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
