- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 qt. whole canned tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. oregano or more (if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- salt and pepper to individual taste
- garlic to individual taste
Directions

1Brown beef and drain well.

2Add other ingredients.

3Simmer slowly 1 hour or more, depending on how much time you have.

4Cook spaghetti separately.

5Drain when spaghetti is tender.

6Serve meat sauce over spaghetti.
