Italian Spinach Saute

Ingredients
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 3 large garlic cloves, chopped (or to taste, do not finely mince)
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (see my Kittencal's Seasoned Dry Italian Breadcrumbs)
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Heat oil oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add in spinach and chopped garlic; saute stirring for about 10-12 minutes or until all the liquid from the spinach evaporates.

3Add in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix to combine and heat through.

4Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
