  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 6-oz skinless halibut fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 can (15.8oz) great northern beans, drained and rinced
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced
