- 2 kg ripe tomatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup sliced basil
- 2 cup sliced parsley
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 big onion
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
Directions

1Blend onion, basil and parsley together

2In a pan, put olive oil, and add the onion mix.

3Cook it for a few minutes.

4Blend tomatoes and carrots together.

5Add blended tomato paste into to the pan

6Let it cook for 30 minutes.

7The more you cook the sauce, the sweeter and less acid it will be.

8You can cook even longer if you want.

9Cook any kind of pasta and put de sauce on top.
