Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 oz. hard salami, sliced thin
- 8 oz. Provolone cheese, sliced
Directions

1Combine onion, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper and heavy cream. Add spaghetti and toss thoroughly.

2Place 1/2 mixture in 10-inch frying pan.

3Arrange salami on top, then 1/2 slices of Provolone. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture, then remaining cheese. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 25 to 30 minutes until bottom is a crusty golden brown.

4Invert into serving plate.

5Garnish with additional salami, pimento-stuffed olives and parsley as desired.
