- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano and garlic.

3Spray an 8 x 5-inch baking dish.

4Arrange vegetables in layers in baking dish as follows:

5zucchini, onion, tomato, tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

6Repeat twice more. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, covered.

7Let cool a few minutes before serving.

8Serves 2 as main dish or 4 as side dish.
