- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 c. water
- 5 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. green beans
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In big pot, brown hamburger; drain.

2Add all the ingredients, except cabbage, green beans and macaroni; cook 20 minutes.

3Add cabbage, beans and macaroni and simmer until all vegetables are tender.

4You may add additional water for a thinner soup. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
