- 1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 large can condensed milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 or more c. peanuts or nuts to taste
- 1 c. vanilla to taste
Directions

1Mix sugar, syrup, milk and butter thoroughly; cook gradually until it comes to a boil.

2Beat constantly from the time it is put on the fire until it forms a medium hard ball in cold water.

3Beat well until creamy.

4Add nuts and vanilla.

5Pour onto buttered platter; cut into squares.
