- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 4 oz. thin raw spaghetti, broken into thirds
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef and onions; drain grease off.

2Return to skillet. Reduce temperature.

3Add thyme, oregano, salt, pepper and dry mustard.

4Mix in browned beef.

5Pour tomato juice over mixture.

6Add broken spaghetti.

7Press spaghetti into mixture until it is covered with juice.

8Cover skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
