- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) brick Jack cheese
- 1 lb. raw, hot sausage
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix (dry)
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions

1Melt cheese in a double boiler.

2Crumble sausage into cheese, stirring constantly.

3Add Bisquick mix and cayenne pepper.

4Roll into small balls.

5Freeze on cookie sheet for best results and cook as needed (if cooked right away, they will flatten some). Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on whether or not frozen.
