Jack Cheese Balls

  • 1 (10 to 12 oz.) brick Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. raw, hot sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix (dry)
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Directions

    Melt cheese in a double boiler.

    Crumble sausage into cheese, stirring constantly.

    Add Bisquick mix and cayenne pepper.

    Roll into small balls.

    Freeze on cookie sheet for best results and cook as needed (if cooked right away, they will flatten some). Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on whether or not frozen.
