  • roast beef or stew meat
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • onion
  • celery
  • carrots
  • 1 large can or 2 small cans of tomatoes
  • 3-4 cans of tomato sauce
  • potatoes, as many as you like
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • lemon pepper to taste

    Brown meat in large stock pot. Add vegetables, onion, celery and carrots to taste, tomatoes and tomato sauce, potatoes (cubed), liquids and spices.
