Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. ribs
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Place ribs in a large pan.

    Add 1/2 cup vinegar and enough water to cover.

    Simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender. Drain.

    This part may be done the day before or early the same day.

    Blend cornstarch and water together.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.

    Cook ribs on grill, basting and turning frequently until done.
