  • 1 pkg. lime jello and 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1 c. cucumber, grated
  • 1/4 c. onion, grated
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and cool until it begins to set.

    Fold remaining ingredients into gelatin and pour into ring mold or individual molds.

    Serves 12.
