Jalapeno Bacon Deviled Eggs

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese [softened]
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pickling Liquid [from jar of pickled jalapenos]
  • 10 slices Jalapenos [pickled, sliced]
  • 2 slices Bacon [crispy]

    1. Hard Boil Eggs, remove from heat and cool in bowl of ice water.

    2. When cool, peel and slice in half. Remove egg yolks and place in the bowl of a mixer.

    3. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, pepper, salt, and pickling liquid. Beat until creamy and smooth.

    4. Take 4 of the jalapeno slices and chop them very fine. DO the same with one strip of bacon,add to the yolk mix. BEat on low until combined..

    5. Using a spoon or a pastry bag fill the egg white halves with the yolk mix.

    6. Take the remaining 6 jalapeno slices, cut in half. Cut last bacon strip into 12 pieces. Put one piece of bacon and i piece of jalapeno on each egg half. Serve.
