- 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapenos, drained
- 2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, thinly sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

3Place sliced jalapenos on bottom of the pan.

4Layer the Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.

5Beat the eggs and pour over the cheese layers.

6Top with sliced Muenster cheese.

7Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.

8Let cool, then cut into squares.

9Blot up oil with paper towel before serving.
