Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 oz. (1 jar) pimentos, chopped
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 24 (3 cans) refrigerated biscuits (not flaky)

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine.

    When cooled, mix with remaining ingredients (except biscuits).

    Cut biscuits into fourths and place in large bowl.

    Pour mixture over biscuit pieces and toss with hands until well distributed.

    Put into a lightly greased bundt pan.
