  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers

    Mix meal and flour, add milk and egg.
