- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork.

2Bake at 400° for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick.

3Bake 5 minutes more, cool.

4Cook bacon and crumble.

5Saute onion and combine with remaining ingredients, mixing well.

6Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with bacon.

7Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until set.
