- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3 eggs
- 34 cup buttermilk
- 12 cup sour cream
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 cup onion
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrres, grease 13 x 9 inch pan.

2Combine muffin mix, eggs, buttermilk, sour cream and peppers.

3Saute onions in butter, until clear.

4Add to mixture.

5Pour into prepared pan.

6Bake 30 - 45 minutes.

7Serve warm.
