  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 34 cup buttermilk
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup onion
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrres, grease 13 x 9 inch pan.

    Combine muffin mix, eggs, buttermilk, sour cream and peppers.

    Saute onions in butter, until clear.

    Add to mixture.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 30 - 45 minutes.

    Serve warm.
