- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 oz. can chopped jalapenos
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 8 1/2 oz. can cream-style corn
Directions

1Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
