- 1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
- 1/2 c. shortening, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

2Pour batter into a well-greased 10 1/2-inch cast-iron skillet.

3Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
