- 2 c. jam
- 6 egg yolks (save whites)
- 1/2 c. ground coconut (fresh)
- 6 oz. ground raisins
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. soda
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. ground nuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar. Add jam, then eggs, milk and flour. Mix by hand and add other ingredients. Mix and bake in 4 greased and floured pans and bake at 375° until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then cool on racks.
