  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. thick jam
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix the sugar and flour, then cream with the butter.

    Add the eggs and beat until smooth, then add the jam and mix.

    Pour into an 8-inch pastry-lined pie pan and bake about 10 minutes at 450°. Reduce the heat to 325° and bake until the filling is firm.
