- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. thick jam
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix the sugar and flour, then cream with the butter.

2Add the eggs and beat until smooth, then add the jam and mix.

3Pour into an 8-inch pastry-lined pie pan and bake about 10 minutes at 450°. Reduce the heat to 325° and bake until the filling is firm.
