  • 2 oz. onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp each of thyme and allspice
  • 1/2 tsp each of black pepper and cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 5 drops hot sauce
  • 1 dried chili, crushed

    combine all ingredients with a hand blender until mixed into a thick paste. Can use as a merinade or brush onto meat before grilling
