- 2 pkg. shrimp, cleaned
- 1 1/2 lb. rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 cooking tomatoes
Directions

1Parboil spinach, then chop.

2Parboil shrimp.

3If large, cut up. Cut tomato and onion small.

4Add margarine.

5Let sauce with shrimp and spinach for 15 minutes.

6Add rice and water enough to cover. Salt and pepper to taste.

7Cook until rice is tender on low fire.
