- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
- 1 tsp. Tony's seasoning
- red and black pepper and salt to taste
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Brown hamburger, sausage, onion, bell pepper and celery until red is gone and vegetables are transparent.

2Add seasonings, tomatoes, chilies and mushroom soup.

3Cook 15 minutes.

4Add 3 cups of water and rice.

5Cook until rice is done.
