  • 1 lb. chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. kielbasa
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 4 or 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 5 c. rice

Directions

    Brown chicken in butter (lightly).

    Add sausage and cook with lid on.

    Add onions, garlic, celery, salt and red and black pepper. Cook over medium heat with lid on.

    Put in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix.

    Cook down until onions are invisible.

    Add tomato sauce and mix.
