- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can mushroom steak sauce
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
- 3 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
Directions

1Brown meat and remove excess fat.

2Put everything in large stockpot.

3Cover and cook on medium to low heat.
