- 2 lb. hot sausage
- 4 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
- 5 c. chicken broth (or more if needed)
- 2 heaping tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 Tbsp. or more Tabasco
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts with fat and skin.

2Use enough water to cook for broth needed.

3Debone, remove skin and fat and cut in small chunks.
