  • 2 lb. Uncle Ben's converted rice
  • 4 c. liquid
  • 2 lb. Boston Butt Pork Roast, chopped
  • 2 lb. Smokey Hollow Beef Sausage
  • 2 lb. Smokey Hollow Pork Sausage, spicy or mild
  • 1 lb. onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 large bell peppers, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • parsley
  • 2 bunches of green onions, chopped
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 cans mushroom
  • 2 can Rotel Tomatoes

Directions

    Brown meat, then sausage.

    Add seasonings, mushroom, and Rotel Tomatoes.

    Cook until tender.

    Then add parsley, and green onions.

    Cook for a minutes longer.

    Then add all the liquid. Once it boils, put the rice in and cook about 10 minutes.
