- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. smoked sausage, chopped or thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- seasonings to taste: garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, liquid crab boil
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper.

2Add sausage and rice, stirring constantly.

3Combine Ro-Tel and water to make 3 cups liquid.

4Add this liquid along with soup, gravy mix and seasonings to the sausage and rice mixture.

5Bring to a boil.

6Lower heat.

7Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
