- 1 teaspoon dried celery flakes
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1 cup chopped ham
Directions

1Combine the rice mix with 2 cups of water and 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce in a dutch oven.

2Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

3Stir in 1 pound sliced smoked sausage and 1 cup chopped ham.
