  • 3 cups water cold
  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose multi blend
  • 1 each sea salt pinch, optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins, seedless or dried fruit
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

    Stir until lumps are gone.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until porridge bubbles.

    Turn off heat.

    Stir to desired thickness.

    Serve plain or top with milk, fruit butter or favorite topping.
