- 1 cup flour, all-purpose multi blend
- 1 each sea salt pinch, optional
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup raisins, seedless or dried fruit
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

2Stir until lumps are gone.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until porridge bubbles.

4Turn off heat.

5Stir to desired thickness.

6Serve plain or top with milk, fruit butter or favorite topping.
