- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 c. long grain rice (instant)
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook celery, onion and garlic in butter or margarine until tender.

2In separate pan, brown Italian sausage.

3In separate pan boil shrimp.

4In separate pan prepare rice.

5Add to vegetables the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil.

6Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

7Add cooked rice, sausage and shrimp to tomato mixture.

8Season to taste.
