  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
  • 3 c. juice and water
  • Creole season
  • garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's original rice

Directions

    Cut sausage into quarters.

    Brown sausage.

    Drain grease in skillet with butter.

    Brown bell pepper and onion (cut up small). Drain juice from Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Add enough water with juice to make 3 cups.

    Add all ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add seasoning to taste before boiling, then add rice.

    Bring to boil again.

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat.
