- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
- 3 c. juice and water
- Creole season
- garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's original rice
Directions

1Cut sausage into quarters.

2Brown sausage.

3Drain grease in skillet with butter.

4Brown bell pepper and onion (cut up small). Drain juice from Ro-Tel tomatoes.

5Add enough water with juice to make 3 cups.

6Add all ingredients.

7Bring to a boil.

8Add seasoning to taste before boiling, then add rice.

9Bring to boil again.
-
10Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

11Remove from heat.

12Let sit for 5 minutes.
