Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. rice (not instant)
- 1/4 c. medium-hot salsa
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- pepper to taste
- 2 drops of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix rice, water and margarine together; cook 20 minutes.

2Brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain fat.

3Add can of tomato sauce and kidney beans (drained).

4When rice is cooked, add sausage mixture together, then add salsa.

5Mix all together.

6This is spicy.

7You can use regular sausage if you don't like real spicy food.

8Serve with a green salad.
