- 1 c. green onion
- 2 white onions
- 2 stalks celery (optional)
- 3 c. rice
- sausage
- 1 can tomato paste
- good parts of 2 chickens
Directions

1Brown chickens and sausage in grease (small amount).

2Take up meat and remove some of the grease.

3Put rice in and brown some more.

4Add onions and celery; brown a little.

5Add 6 cups hot water.

6Season to taste (sauce) with salt and pepper.

7Add chicken and sausage; bring to simmer.

8Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Turn mixture after 20 minutes and be sure to get all the rice from the bottom of pan.

9Let cook until tender.
