Jammed Up Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken pieces (thighs or breasts for 6 with skins removed)
  • 1/2 c. Russian salad dressing or Italian
  • 1/2 c. apricot jam or boysenberry
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup

Directions

    Mix together the salad dressing, jam and soup.

    Place chicken pieces in a baking dish and put mixture over them and let stand a few hours.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve with rice.
