  • 1 package cinnamon rolls (6-8 med)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup raisins (optional)
  • 18 cup coconut (optional)
  • 14 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1 container frozen non-dairy topping, any size,i use low-fat or fat-free
  • chocolate
  • strawberry
  • cherries

Directions

    Break cinnamon rolls into small pieces.

    Arrange in baking dish and let dry for at least 8 hours or overnight.

    Mix together milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and egg.

    Pour over dry cinnamon rolls.

    DO NOT STIR.

    Use spoon to push rolls down into milk mixture.

    Bake at 325F degrees for 25 minutes, then push rolls down into milk mixture again.

    DO NOT STIR.

    Bake an additional 10-20 minutes .

    After baking, spread on layer of whipped topping; let cool.
