Ingredients
- 1 cup Warm Water (105-115 Degrees)
- 1 package Yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Knead for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

4Put dough in a lightly sprayed pan.

5Let rise, covered, in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

6Roll out to desired thickness.

7Makes 2 thin 12 inch rounds, or 1 15x11 inch thicker crust pizza.

8Top with favorite toppings.

9Cook on a pizza stone or grill.

10If on a pizza stone, heat stone for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

11Remove stone, put dough on stone.

12Top with sauce, toppings and cheese.

13Bake at 425 for 12-15, or until crust is medium brown.
