  • 1 lb. whole hog sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • garlic to taste

    Cook sausage and drain.
