- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 grated fresh coconut
- 2 lemons
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together and add eggs one at a time. Then add flour, baking powder and milk; stir until all is wet. Fold in nuts.

2Pour half the batter into two pans.

3The other half, add cocoa, allspice and raisins and pour into remaining pans.

4Bake.
