  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Blend eggs, sugar and oleo well. Stir in coconut, nuts and raisins. Mix well and add vinegar.

    Pour into pie shells and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
