- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat first 2 ingredients until well blended.

2Blend in the next 6 ingredients.

3Pour into pie shell (unbaked) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes in a 10-inch pie shell at 350° until center is done (knife inserted comes out clean).
