  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans

    Beat first 2 ingredients until well blended.

    Blend in the next 6 ingredients.

    Pour into pie shell (unbaked) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes in a 10-inch pie shell at 350° until center is done (knife inserted comes out clean).
