- 1/2 stick butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix sugar, salt, butter and vinegar.

2Add to well beaten eggs. Add coconut, pecans and raisins.

3Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
