  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt, butter and vinegar.

    Add to well beaten eggs. Add coconut, pecans and raisins.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
