  • 2 qt. fruit, diced and squeezed (whatever)
  • 4 to 6 c. sugar (according to your taste for sweetness and sweetness of fruit)
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • water (to fill to neck of jug)

    gallon, glass jug, add all ingredients; stir. Cover with
