  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together sugar, butter, eggs and vinegar.

    Add coconut, raisins and pecans.

    Stir together and put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
