  • 1 cube margarine melted, cooled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dates chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked

    Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar and vanilla in bowl.

    Stir in dates, coconut and nuts.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
